6am: Mental gratitude list: Before I open my eyes in the morning I run through a list of things I’m grateful for in my mind. This could be anything and everything, from my amazing family and friends, to the healthy food I have. Waking up every morning is a blessing itself.
Getting rid of toxicants: Before jumping in the shower I drink a full glass of warm lemon water which gets rid of toxins in my body it also hydrates and gives my skin a lovely glow.
Meditation: After my shower I go to my meditation room for 15 minutes of silent, mindfulness-based stillness meditation.

Movement: For me, my morning movement is stretching for about 10 minutes. I do this a few more times throughout the day as well to break up time spend on the computer. Sometimes I put on some music and dance mindlessly.
7:30am BREAKFAST: I usually have a liquid breakfast, which consists of green smoothies or very berry smoothies. And occasionally I will treat myself to a whole wheat pancake or waffles with fruits.
